Biotin, also called vitamin H or B7,  is one of the B vitamins that helps the body break down fats, carbohydrates, and proteins.


We need biotin for:

  • processing the nutrients from our food

  • energy release

  • healthy hair, skin and nails

  • normal nervous system and mental health

Biotin, Vitamin H shots are delivered intramuscularly into the deltoid, thigh or glutes, Biotin Bayer 0.5% is an injectable solution for Intramuscular (I.M.) use.

The most common symptoms of biotin deficiency include:

  • Dermatitis: Skin inflammation is one of the common symptoms of biotin deficiency. A fine scaly seborrheic dermatitis and/or a red rash, usually on the face

  • Conjunctivitis: Biotin deficiency may also cause an eye disease caused by eye dryness, which results in conjunctiva of the eyes.

  • Anorexia: This condition causes a person to suffer from a low appetite.

  • Anemia: This condition causes oxygen-carrying cells called haemoglobin to lose their ability to bind oxygen.

  • brittle hair or hair loss

  • poor co-ordination of body movements (ataxia)

  • lethargy

  • loss of appetite and nausea

  • mild depression

  • hallucination

  • possible reduced immunity and susceptibility to bacterial/fungal infections

We recommend having a course of 6: 

1 per week for 6 weeks then followed up with a booster shot after 3 months.
